Auto Tag a Contact when they Respond to a Campaign

Create a custom tag that is automatically applied to contact when they respond to your drip campaign. This allows you to build custom workflows moving clients from campaign to campaign or trigger automation in our software solutions like the Follow Up Boss CRM.

How to Setup a Custom Tag on Response on Existing Drip Campaign

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on Tools

  3. Click on Drip Campaigns

  4. Select a Drip Campaign to Edit (Green edit button)

  5. Click on Advanced Settings (bottom of page)

  6. Enter desired tag in Tag on Response field

  7. Click Update Campaign

What Happens Next

When the campaign is assigned to a contact and they respond to the campaign, which will pause it, your custom tag will then be applied to your Contact in CallAction and can be pushed to API integrated CRM's (like Follow Up Boss).

You can use this to automate your workflows like Follow Up Boss Smart List.

Note: Your Integration must have Tag Sync enabled under the integration.

Add Custom Response Tag to New Drip Campaign

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on Tools

  3. Click on Drip Campaigns

  4. Click on New Drip Campaign (top)

  5. Add campaign steps

  6. Click on Advanced Settings (bottom of page)

  7. Enter desired tag in Tag on Response field

  8. Click Update Campaign
